Listing Agent Duties

  • Meet with client to discuss whether or not a sale is advantageous

  • Make recommendations for positioning and price
  • Commercial property through signage, lacdb.com, Loopnet, CoStar, CCIM and ICSC contacts, email blasts, and direct contact
  • Market Residential property through sigange, MLS, and Realator.com
  • Field inquiries, set appointments to show
  • Qualify prospects
  • Assist prospects and their agents with financing, inspections, appraisals, and contractors
  • Work with attorneys, CPAs, appraisers, and other professionals to affect a smooth transaction.

Buyer Representation / Purchasers’ Agent

  • Meet with client to discuss alternatives
  • Assess market as it relates to client need
  • Make specific recommendations regarding long-term strategy
  • Site Selection
  • Demographic/Market Reports
  • Due Diligence
  • Work with lender to obtain most advantageous financing
  • Work with attorneys, CPAs, appraisers, and other professionals to affect a smooth transaction
